Cement for candy houses

Using an ELECTRIC BEATER whip

• 2 egg whites
• pinch cream of tartar (optional)
• 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice

Beat until frothy

Mix in 1 3/4 Cups sifted powdered sugar and continue beating until stiff (5 minutes - use the timer)

Makes enough for 6 small houses

Keep covered – lasts 8 hours but hardens quickly in the air
