Description

Hearty winter lunch

Ingredients

  • 1 potato, mashed
  • 1⁄4 cn beans, rinsed
  • 1 T butter
  • 1 pn salt (optional)

Instructions

Use left-over mashed potato

Drain the can of beans and rinse thoroughly.
Stir the beans through the mashed potato.
Add butter and salt to taste

Notes

Re heat in the microwave if desired
