Microwaved scrambled egg
Melt the butter in a mug - 40 seconds on high microwave Break the egg into a mug. Add 1 tablespoon of either milk or water and beat with a fork. Microwave uncovered 1 minute on medium. (You may have to adjust the time for your microwave) Stir and leave to finish cooking with the heat of the cup. Allow mug to sit for a minute or so to cool down before eating.
If you make more than one at a time, you must add one minute cooking time for each extra mug
