1.) Peel top 1/3 of apple 2.) Core the apple 3.) Put the apple peeled end up, in microwave-safe mug. 4.) Stuff the hole of the apple with your choice of fruit and some brown sugar. 5.) Put a squeeze of orange juice on top 6.) Cover the mug with a saucer 7.) Microwave on high 7 to 8 minutes or until apples are tender. Cool before serving.
