Mix the 1/4-cup cream cheese with a little milk and a drop of blue food colour.
Let the children put  the bowl in the middle of a plate with some lettuce or other greenery. 

Have the child/ren cut some carrot disks for “frogs” to jump in the pond before being eaten.
