Using cool, peeled, boiled eggs- let the children cut the eggs using an egg slicer. Collect the slices after it has been cut in one direction and put them through the slicer in the other direction. That will make a reasonably fine paste when you add the mayo. Add mayo to taste. Add salt to taste- optional.
Use egg filling to make a sandwich with bread or a roll or use to make a salad. You can use egg filling to make an Egg Train, too.
