Description
A soft cheese to spread on crackers or toast
Ingredients
- 1 t lemon juice
- 4 T soft cream cheese
- 1 apple - grated
Instructions
Peel the apple and grate. Stir the lemon juice into the apple to keep it from turning brown. Mix the apple with the soft cream cheese.
Notes
Serve on toast or crackers.
