Description

this recipe tells you how to make homemade butter from fresh cream.Do NOT use UHT cream or lite cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh cream

Instructions

Pour very cold cream to the halfway mark of a clean small food jar. Shake until it becomes solid. Stir. It’s butter! Serve on toast.  

Notes

[What is left over in the jar is the buttermilk.]
Cut the toast into halves and quarters. Talk about the shapes.
Another time you could put the soft butter into chocolate moulds and refrigerate.
