Pizza without flour
Let the children push the warm cooked rice into a glass pie plate or any glass or ceramic plate with a rim.
Spread the sauce. Add the cheeses. Microwave for 30 seconds on high to melt the cheese. Cut into 4 wedges.
Cool before eating with fork or spoon.
Additional toppings can be added according to the child/ren's taste.
