Dip into your favourite cheese with pretzel sticks, apple wedges, grapes, bread sticks, carrot sticks or any other favoured cut-up veggies.
Let the child/ren cut up their favourite cheese and put it in a glass bowl in the microwave. Watch closely as cheese starts melting at 30 seconds.
Let the children choose the veggies and cut up the sticks.
