Description
cute little sugar mice to eat
Ingredients
- 1 c powdered icing sugar
- 1 c condensed milk
- 2 c coconut, dessicated
- 18 pumpkin seeds
- 9 silver cany balls
- 9 liquorice strips
Instructions
Mix the sugar and milk together in a bowl. Add 1 cup of coconut and mix again. With a tablespoon, scoop out a mouse shape and pat it out so that it has a pointed nose and a rounded back side. Roll it in the extra coconut.
Place pumpkin seeds in the right place for the ears, the silver balls for the eyes and the liquorice strip or other candy lace for the tail.
Allow to dry and harden for about an hour.
